Bioprex Labs comissioned New Manufacturing facility for Herbal extracts and Formulations at Kolewadi (Pune -Satara Road). The GMP compliant facility was partially funded by Government of India under cluster development scheme. The facility is GMP compliant and offers most modern and sophisticated QC Lab with In House : HPLC, UV, Atomic Absorption testing facility.

The company has a well equipped manufacturing unit with state-of-the-art technology. Bioprex's Herb extract manufacturing facilities in Maharashtra and Andhra Pradesh meet GMP requirements. The various unit operations are carried out using mechanized technology, eliminating human handling operations to a great extent.
